Unit is a vertical stainless steel jacketed mixing tank with stainless steel fully welded insulation.
Tank has an enclosed conical top with hinged manway.
Offset top mounted electric geared agitator.

Tank is also fitted with top vent, C.I.P. spray ball & lifting lugs.
All internal welds are ground & polished.
Conical bottom with 75mm center discharge.

Test Pressure of Jacket: 1.96 MPA.
Design Temperature: 50 Degree C.
Stainless Steel Grade: 304.

Tank previously used on sugar syrup.
